(1) School Fee (Tuition Fee & boarding Fee):

  • The Annual school fee, funds for exams, weekly tests, monthly tests, terminal tests, boarding, lodging facilities, library, laboratories, internet facility, computer training & practice.
  • Costs for coaching fee, books, exercise books & stationery items will be charged as per the requirement.

(2) Registration & Admission Fee

This is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances.

(3) Imprest Money

  • Imprest Money of Rs 20,000/- (Half Yearly Advance) against the expenses, viz. uniform, books/ stationery/ medical checkup by specialists is charged as per the actual costs, art & craft material/ fine-art material/ school publications, performing arts/ photography and other clubs/ other hobbies, school photographs/ pen drives/ media material, extra coaching, special learning, classes, counseling, workshops/ seminars, book fairs, out of school sports, mid-term trips/ other outings/ picnics, postage, telephone, Xeroxing, school functions, birthday, farewell/ house parties, mattresses, bedcovers, toiletries, dry-cleaning, beautician, extra diet, pocket money/ tuck shop, late fee, escorted homeward/ schoolward journey etc. are adjusted against the Imprest Deposit. Academic or other outbound activities and other expenses not mentioned above are also adjusted from the Imprest Deposit.
  • Special Classes held during the winter vacations for Board Examinees are compulsory and are chargeable. Even if a student is unable to attend these classes, these costs will be charged for her. Board Examination expenses are also chargeable under this category.

(4) Charges for Joining

This is a one time non-refundable fee covering the cost of school uniforms, stationery items and text books provided by the school at the time of admission.

Fee Rules

  • Registration and Admission fee is non-refundable; it is a onetime fee for new students.
  • After a student is admitted as a boarder, non-refundable fee for first term will be charged. If a student is withdrawn during the second term, fee for the entire academic session will be charged.
  • School fee for one year can be paid in 03 installments for classes 1-12.
  • No reduction in fee is made on account of a student returning late to school or for missing any academic term.
  • In case the fee account is not cleared on time, a fine of Rs 1000/- will be charged per week.
  • In the case of non-payment of fee, the name of the student will be struck off the attendance register and in order to re-admit the student an extra fee will be charged.
  • The fee amounts are subject to revision, as advised by the School and Management.
  • Parents are requested to make the payment of fee prior to the due date. Payment after the due date shall entail a fine of 2% per month on the amount of arrears. Non-payment of dues and fine within 3 months from the due date shall entail a further fine of 4% per month and may lead to student's name being struck off the rolls of the school. The decision of the Principal will be final in such cases.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If a student joins the school and is withdrawn within a month or a period of six months from the beginning of the academic year, fee for six months shall be charged/forfeited in favor of the school.
  • School leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues and payment of amount(s) in favour of the school.
  • School must be informed at least 3 months in advance before the withdrawal of the student.
